Fashion Week Favourites

Unfortunately for us London Fashion Week is drawing to a close.

Friday 19th Feb - London Fashion Week

So..it has begun. London Fashion week is now in full swing! Designers are at their wits end back stage, models are polished to perfection and celebs are out, eyeing up the glamorous trends for Autumn/Winter 2010.

Taking to the catwalk yesterday, Bora Aksu's collection featured the grey and black tones of AW09 but also saw baby pink being taken through to the next season in the form of voluminous dresses with wide structured hips. So make sure you don't throw away any of your pale pink items from this season!

Monochrome was the theme for Sass and Bide with everything from black and white striped tailored trousers to Egyptian style dresses. This is a trend I think everyone can pull off. Here are my favourite ensembles from the collection:

So I've trawled the shops and picked the best from a very good bunch of Jumpsuits and Playsuits.

Trench and Utility Coats - Big for Spring!

Utility clothing is all over the catwalks at the moment. This is a coat from Burberry's collection. I have found an almost exact copy in Primark for just £17 (over £300 cheaper than the Burberry version). They have two colours available, Khaki and brown, so take your pick!

Trench coats are sticking around for another season. Emma Watson can be seen here wearing a gorgeous one for her Burberry campaign.
Gorgeous high street copies can be found in Zara and H&M for under £40. If you stick to neutral colours, you will be on trend all Spring and Summer 2010!
